Then you might be the Sales Associate we’re looking for!

About the role

As a Full-time Sales Associate, your focus is the customer <3 You’ll spend most of your day on the floor, engaging with customers, advising them, and making sure they leave with both the right product and a great experience. You play an important role in keeping the energy high and the store welcoming and professional.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

·       Customer Service & Sales: Be present on the floor and deliver top-level service with a strong focus on sales and customer satisfaction from start to finish. Your passion for sales and customer service is your DNA.

·       Customer Guidance: Guide and inspire customers with your product knowledge and passion for sneaker culture.

·       Store Environment: Help keep the store clean, organized, and visually sharp together with the rest of the team.

·       Brand Representation: Represent NAKED Copenhagen in the best possible way through your attitude, communication, and appearance.

·       We imagine that you:

·       (You don’t have to tick every box – passion and attitude towards customer service matter a lot to us)

·       Languages: You are comfortable communicating in English.

·       Experience: Have at least 3 years of experience from retail, preferably within fashion, sneakers, and/or lifestyle.

·       Communication: Are open, positive, and inclusive, and enjoy talking to all kinds of people.

·       Sales Mindset: Love sales, enjoy working towards targets, and want to keep developing your skills within selling and customer experience. You thrive on the shop floor and consistently provide outstanding customer service at a high professional standard.

·       Overview & Focus: Maintain a broad overview of the floor and focus on our customers, as we tend to be busy with both customers and various projects.
