Returns

If you wish to return one or more items you have received, we offer a 30-day return policy, valid from the day you receive your order.

 

To start a return, you must register your return through our Return Portal. During the process, you will be asked to enter your order details and select the reason for the return.

 

Once your return has been registered, you will receive a return label or QR code, which you must use to send your parcel back to us.

 

Please also complete the return form that was included with your original shipment and place it inside the return parcel.

 

If there is an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Service. This may, for example, apply in the following situations:

 

• you have received the wrong product
• you have received a damaged or defective item
• the shipping box has arrived damaged
• items are missing from your order
• the product has a fault or quality issue
• you have received extra items by mistake

If your order is a gift, please provide:

 

  • The order number
  • The email address used to place the order

 

Please note: If the item was purchased as a gift, the refund will be returned to the payment card used for the purchase.

Once your return has been created, you will receive a return label or QR code as well as instructions on how to send the parcel back to us.

Orders placed online can be returned either through the Return Portal or in our physical stores in Aarhus or Copenhagen. Please note that online orders cannot be exchanged or returned in our Paris store, unless it is a Click & Collect order.

 

Returns may take up to 20 days to be processed from the day we receive the parcel, but we always aim to process your return as quickly as possible. Delays may occur during major releases, public holidays, and sale periods.

 

Parcels that are refused or not collected from a pickup point and returned to Naked Copenhagen may be subject to return shipping and administration fees in connection with the refund.

 

All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received, with all tags and original packaging intact.

 

 

Shoe Box

The original shoe box is an important part of the product you have received and has value for many customers.

 

If you are returning or exchanging the product, please take extra care to ensure that it is not damaged in any way, as we will not accept a return if the shoe box is damaged.

 

Once we receive your return and the above conditions are met, the return will be processed.

 

You will receive an email confirmation and the funds will be refunded via the original payment method. Your refund will be issued for the total purchase price excluding shipping.

 

 

Free returns within Sweden

 

NAKED Copenhagen offers free returns on all Swedish orders.

 

To start your return, please register your return through our Return Portal. Once your return has been created, you will receive instructions on how to send the parcel back to us.

 

We suggest that you request a receipt (indleveringsbevis) when you drop off the package as proof of delivery to PostNord.

 

This return policy applies to online purchases only and does not apply to purchases made in-store.

Click & Collect orders may be returned either online or in-store.

 

The same return conditions and procedures outlined above apply, including the 30-day return period.
